Right now we are in era of modern yuga – here we all use internet and all latest tech, many of you are working on online platform and some of you are trying to make them permanent key of your life. Now today all we discuss about mistake, from my deep side honestly i’m gonna tell you that i love mistakes “don’t laugh” but only when i got something new to learn from my mistake.
So guys tight your seatbelt to ride another on roller of learning, yes today we discuss about mistakes that you shouldn’t do whenver you are trying to make your own business online. All the tips – tricks are tested personally, i’m not here make you fool just read the story, if you believe in it then apply it at once.

In every business even in our daily life we need a plan to process, so that we can achieve the goals. There are many business owners who don’t want to make or follow the plans but i want to tell ya’ll that behind every successful business there is an plan. So it’s better toget off your hats for a while and ensure that you have a plan for your business, plans includes planning about how to start, where to start, what about budget and what we have to use as assets etc. A successful plan, if followed by all members of business in good manner than there’s no chance that anyone gonna beat you.
Just don’t run after the Business Plan
Yes as i say above that in every business there is a need for plan but it doesn’t mean that you just have to run after the business plan. There are more things to do or to make your business more growing or profitable. Sometimes you don’t have to just run after the plan, all you need to know about your customers like who your customers are, what are you selling them and the customers who are like to pay you for your products and services. Always review your customers feedback so there is chance to improve you business vulnerabities and get a chance to make your business stable.
Learn everything you need just don’t to make the plans, to make customer satify because in every business customer satisfaction is topmost preority.
Don’t divert your mind by focusing on little stuffs.
There are many of us when doing their job, diert’s the concentrate towards wrong side which leads to waste of valuale time. For an example “Funny one” : suppose you are a student has to attempt an exam in next 24hr, instead of doing revison you are wasting your time in checking when the next exam held. If you own a business then instead of wasting your valuable time do whatever it needs to grow your business to next leve.
Many business owners don’t know that when they are wasting their time in managing there logo desing, platform UI and other little stuff like that, in the meantime other business will work hard to make their profit double and grow their business at the next level.
So just focus on the things which has to be focused like how your customers reachs you, what are they buying from your platform, how they think about the services you are providing them and what if any customer have feedback etc. If you focus on these type of issues and try to solve them as soon as possible then it could be a chance to grow and make increment in your business growth.
Not having any money plan (focus is not on budget plan).
There are many new business who done this mistakes once and that is they don’t have any budget plan. Without budget plan you don’t know what to do when there is loss in money on that time by mistake you spend you money on wrong things and here things become worse when this happens again. It’s very important to having a budget plan that helps in understand how much you need to reach your goal, how much you have as extra expendeture.
Sometimes there maybe any situation which lead to increase in money at that time if you already have an money plan then it could be helpful to you. There so many benefits of having a budget plan for your business, several benefits that i wanna tell you is give below:
If you don’t have a business budget plan then it could be impossible to analyse your business’s financial stage. At some situations maybe you don’t know that your goals that you want to acheive is under you or they exceeded.
It’s some times really helpfull in decision making – if you know all about your budget and you know that how much you pay for an item then it could be easy to make decision with all the required details.
Making your saled product values inappropriate.
Many business owners or the members of any organization sometimes make this silly mistake, they produce a quality product with several test. They decide the price for their product and after sales it has been found that sometimes a quality product is less saled as compare to low quality product. This is the issue many company are faces till now but wait! what are the cause of this issue, is product not worth?
Sometimes maybe your product price is higher than what it needs to be, for example – consider you as a toy making company owner and you make new and latest toys for kids. You get the ideas from latest trend to make latest toys for kids. You are using finest material in your making process also you are using fine quality packaging for the toys. And here comes the trick – you and your team (Business members/colleauges) decide to set the price of toy on the basis: what type of toy you build, how much your previous toys saled out.
Wait! what are you doing – you just decided the price of product on the basis of previous reports that how much profit did previous product gain. No this is wrong you should decide the product price after analysing that how much you paid for materials, labours and other assest you use. After analyze all the suff like that then you have to decide what to choose as a best product price as a result chances of getting sold a product may high and your company recieve high customer satisfaction.
Making a budget plan that doesn’t work
Developing an app without having a budget plan is really doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t matter how much effort it take to develop your app, it’s better from the startingof the production that you always have a budget plan. You can use any mobile application or websites to calculate an accurate budget for your app. Always remember that having a budget plan only for developing stage doesn’t work good at all, you should have budget plan for all stages so always you have numers in your mind when you are taking new steps in the development of app.
I saw many successfull developers at first make a budget plan for their app that they want to develop and they make a budget plan from the starting stage of production. Budget plan maybe depends on something that you read about something when you are developing your app or heard something from anyone.
If you are looking for any investor to invest in your app, at this stage budget plan will always helps you. If any investor check your budget plan then it would be easy for them to understand that their money is investing on which part of production and how much it worth.
Without Knowing the progress, you placed ads
Many apps provider or the app developers done this mistake which leads to decrease in visitors. Placing ads on your website or in app is the way you can earn money, the advertisements can be of anything totally depends on you that what you choose. But at the begining of the app you don’t have to put ads on your app. Why? because it simple – if you starting an app and let consider that you have total of 5000 users per month which is not acuall numer sometimes it maybe less or more.
So now you have 5K of monthly users and you are showing advertisements initially, from my personal experience if i’m trying to use a new app having advertisement will pop a thought in my mind that mabe this app is not worth to the job taht i’m looking for. But when i use this app without having any ads in it then there’s a chance that i saw all the features of the app because irritating ads are not available.
You are making your own device confortable, what about others.
Now if you are ready to launch your app and make a registeration form or a landing page where anyone can see your apps feature and make a registration for your app then keep in mind that you make a landing page fully responsive. There are several screen size in the market that use different ratio for scaling. You should make your app landing page fully responsive so that doesn’t matter how big or small is the screen, everyone can see the pages same.
Also you can set the landing page on different size to function differently, you can set differnet funtions on phone screens and different on tablet or Desktop screens.
Targeting wrong one, don’t know the market to target.
The major problem in after launching the app is that many of you don’t know which market you have to target for your app. If you have idea about your visitors like which device they use most, which feature they want to add in the app then it could be easy to target appropriate audience. For example if your mostly customers or the requirements of the customers are from android platform then it should be great to choose android as platform for your app.
If you know all about your ideal cutomers than it could be easy to make them permanent customer for your app. You can analyza the specefic keywords that your customers used to find your app. Find appropriate keywords for your app will also help you to rank on search engines or in the app stores. There are many users or customers who search on the web or in the stores by using features of the app instead of app name. I can expain it with a simple example – you wan to use an app for editing pdf and you have to search pfd editing software in the seaarch box and it will povide you a
list of all the apps related to your keywords.
Well there is more another way to target your customer and one of them is to find a blog or a website who actually have a good traffic and the neche of that blog and website is similar to your app. You can ask the owner to make an article for your app and publish it, which actually gave you alot customers if they are interested in your app, they can share your app with friends so that they can use them.
You can use ad network to advertise our app on some special keywords related to your app identity, if someone search useing the keyword that you use then maybe a chance that customer go to your app.
